      Dianne's life has been transformed through yoga. She often describes discovering yoga as the feeling of "Coming home." The mind/body/spirit elements of yoga returns her to her true essence.
      She has had the opportunity to train with many different teachers and is constantly improving her practice through continued education.
      Dianne has received her RYT training at the 200 hour level through Linda Makowski at Namaste Yoga in Royal Oak Michigan and thanks her for her treasured teachings and wonderful suppport.

      Bill Thomas E-RYT


      Bill is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT level. As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher he has accumulated over 1000 hours of teaching experience. Each yoga class is unique depending on the needs of the students attending. Hatha yoga taught in a traditional manner conditions mind, body and spirit through breath control, meditation and physical expression. The poses teach posture and alignment while achieving conditioning by challenging the student with balance, endurance and maintaining a strong mind-body connection.

      Currently Bill is continuing his teacher training at The School of Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine. These studies include Foundations of Yoga, Ten Body Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda and Natural Medicine and Train the Trainer programs.

      Shanti Shanbon

      Shanti has studied and traveled extensively to deepen her skills and techniques.  She is a graduate of the Thai Massage School of Chaing Mai in Thailand, the Kripalu Massage School in Massachusetts and Alive Academy of Nutrition in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Shanti is a certified yoga instructor who studied with Eric Shiffman in California and is in the process of Anusara yoga teacher training.



       
      Emmanuela Pintus

      Emmanuela has trained at the Rising Sun Yoga School in Detroit and has since studied in India. She incorporates her anatomy and alignment knowlegde as a massage therapist with her strength training experience in her style of teaching, never losing the mental and spritiul practices and benefits.
       
      'It is important to me that class participants feel comfortable, confident and balanced, working at each ones' individual pace.  I am grateful to practice and honoured to teach.'
